So last night, I uploaded a quick 40 minute speed paint of Donkey Kong. This piece really was just for fun and practice and was far from a master piece. So then I woke up this morning and I saw that I had a few hundred messages in my inbox! I was like seriously? people liked the stupid Donkey Kong piece that much?? ........  :/  ......so lame, since I had only spent 40 min on it, and other pieces I have spent weeks on others....

...But then, after looking through the messages, I discovered that the lovely had recommended my old brawler for a Daily Deviation Award. To be honest, one of my goals over the next year or so was to get a DD award or be featured on Polycount or a similar art site that I participate in. So I just wanted to say thank you for the DD and thank you for checking out my work, it means the world to me.

So after my happy dance and valiant strutting around my house, I now find myself here, extremely happy and with new motivation to start working even harder to try and get another.

A sincere thanks to Cymae and thanks so much to everyone else for supporting me over the years! You guys ROCK!
