Portrait Study - wip

The hair is too blurred (unless you're going for a HDR light thing). Try going back in with a hard brush and add some more definition to it.
I wouldn't go so far as outlining the hair, just add some individual hair strands.
The eyes creepy me out too. I feel like the left eye (her left) should be in a tad bit moved to the viewer's left and the tear duct is kinda big for my tastes.
I recommend picking ether having both eyes be like the right eye and have the bottom part of the eye be up a bit (since her face is contorting from the smile) or go for full wide eyed like the left eye. Or you can manipulate the eye brows so they match the action of he rest of the face and so they aren't so static.
Also, I'd add some reflectiveness to her eyes. I'd use a soft brush and do a quick line at the bottoms of the eyes.
Rest looks good.
